This might take some time to render up year to year, but this is going to be a new approach to the Abstractions. Be patient as the previous years come together, but I’m going to try and revisit the years instead of a big one off of the works. Thanks.
In my world of abstraction, the key behind my works are a look at space, texture and color. Additional elements and principles (including but not limited to: repetition, movement, emphasis and contrast) are considerations into the structure and composition of the works also. Some works may lend themselves to the landscape while others may express the idea of a push and pull of space. Through the use of collage, painting, and drawing these works offer a personal view at abstraction in the 21st Century.
